I always tell people that if this gets unhappy for me again, I will quit and go work at Home Depot to earn money and have my music as my thing at night that I do to make me happy.

I love hip-hop, so what I do is done with respect, but there was a very closed-minded attitude toward live instruments and music that wasn't hard core. I wanted to get out of that box.
