It is a weird feeling to have people go, 'Hey Chris' like they know me. But, number one, 99 percent of my experiences have been really cool. People couldn't be nicer and more positive.

Start by writing down ten positive words to describe yourself. Write them on a card - the size of a business card will do - and bring it out whenever you feel insecure or your self-esteem is running low. Bring it out before you walk into a big party or go to an important meeting. It will help you, believe me. Carry it everywhere.

Dedicating some time to meditation is a meaningful expression of caring for yourself that can help you move through the mire of feeling unworthy of recovery. As your mind grows quieter and more spacious, you can begin to see self-defeating thought patterns for what they are, and open up to other, more positive options.

Positive, adj.: Mistaken at the top of one's voice.

Of course, I can only speak from my own experience but creating my social media side hustle is one of my happiest accidents. Whilst it can be a bit of a minefield with its lack of rules, its giant grey areas and its many, many trolls, I couldn't be more grateful for the positives it has sent my way.

Propaganda has a negative connotation, which it partially deserves, but I think there is some propaganda that is very positive. I feel that if you can do something that gets people's attention, then maybe they'll go and find out more about the person.

Finland actually made Internet access a human right a while back. That was a clever thing of Finland. But that's like the only positive thing I have seen in any country anywhere in the world regarding the Internet.
