I'm going to try to do music for the rest of my life, but that's just trying. Maybe it's not going to work out. Who knows?

I've wanted to write whole scripts around what I felt just listening to a piece of music. I think music is important, and surrounding your visual field with stimulating things.

I don't like a lot of pop music. But I like the idea of pop music.

Don't make music for some vast, unseen audience or market or ratings share or even for something as tangible as money. Though it's crucial to make a living, that shouldn't be your inspiration. Do it for yourself.
